This site apprasial allowed us to fullly demonstrate to the client the full potential of this awkard site

Situtated in between high street commerical buildings and residentail terraced houses we had to pay particular attention to outlooks and Sun paths.

The proposed solution involes a series of 3 storey town houses that finn out across the site leaving sufficient distances between each block.

The remaining gap sites on the plot will house a modern mixed use facility consisting of retail and residentail units.
